The church bells rang out across the village, calling the faithful to mass as it had for over 800 years. Countless generations of Christians worshipers have answered the call to worship and sing in the ancient cathedral. Their voices rise up to the high ceilings of the church, a fragrant offering to God.
Do we remember any of this?
I do not mean those memories (histories) written in books both sacred and secular, but those memories that reside in each Anglo-Saxon European, located upon the fringes of conscieness and awareness. How is that even possible?
